Read on your phone
Sleep, heart rate and activity are read from Apple Health and stay there. They already follow you between your own devices through iCloud, so uploading them would make a second copy for nothing.
Synced on purpose
What reaches your account is only what Health has no place for, so your phone and the web stay in step.
Chat readings aren't kept
Each message carries today's readings so Tama can answer it. The readings aren't stored — the only copy of the conversation is your own, in your account.
Screen time stays sealed
The per-app breakdown is drawn by Apple inside a sealed view. Tama can show you which apps your day went to and genuinely can't read them.
Sign in your way
Sign in with Apple or with email. The name Apple shares is kept only so Tama can call you by it.
Not a diagnosis
Tama reflects your own readings back to you. It doesn't diagnose anything, and it isn't medical advice.
